Refund Policy
Cancellations
If you cancel your order, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. For preorders, a 30% restocking fee applies as items are specially ordered for each customer.
Email cs@simplytoys.com.sg to request a cancellation and include your reason.
If Simply Toys cancels your order (for example: defective item, box damage, non-fulfillment), the restocking fee does not apply.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds cover the returned goods only and exclude the original shipping cost.
Domestic Returns
All returns must be sent to our warehouse, and the delivery charge is borne by the customer.
To start a return, email cs@simplytoys.com.sg.
Returns dropped off at retail stores will not be accepted.
International Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping and must use a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.
Refunds cover the returned goods only and exclude the original shipping cost.
If a delivery is refused and returned to us, the buyer is responsible for any return fees.
Damages and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.
Refunds
We will email you once your return is received and inspected to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may need extra time to process and post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received the refund, please contact cs@simplytoys.com.sg.
