   a. Voucher(s) can only be used to purchase Funko (Fall Convention 2022) Exclusive Items.
   b. The $300 Voucher(s) is non-refundable & non-exchangeable for cash.
   c. Voucher(s) can only be used in a single transaction during the Simply Toys Fall Convention Exclusive Event 2022 from 8 October 2022, starting 10am.
   d. Voucher(s) will be issued on 8 October 2022, starting 8.30am upon the presentation of receipt and Priority Pass at SingPost Center, L1 atrium space.
   e. Voucher(s) & Priority Passes are while stocks last.
   
   
2. SPEND $200 (AND ABOVE) AT SIMPLY TOYS POP-UP EVENT @ SINGPOST CENTRE
   - Date: 3 - 7 October 2022
   - Only at Simply Toys Pop-up Event @ SingPost Centre

   a. Spend $200 (and above) in a single receipt during the pop-up event @ SingPost Centre atrium from 3 till 7 October 2022.

3. REDEEM WITH SIMPLY TOYS MEMBERSHIP POINTS
   - Date: 3 - 7 October 2022
   - Available at all Simply Toys Stores
   [T&Cs]
   a. Simply Toys members can use 10 Points to redeem a Priority Pass.
   b. Redemption starts on 3 October 2022, 6pm at all Simply Toys stores: VivoCity, Plaza Singapura, SingPost Centre, Jem & City Square Mall.
   c. Limited to 1 Priority Pass per member.
   d. 5 Passes are available at each Simply Toys store. Passes are not available at GV Toy Studio, Hako & Toy Outpost.
   e. Priority Passes are while stocks last, on a first-come-first-served-basis. No reservations are allowed.

• All Funko Convention Exclusive Pop! are NETT-priced item.
• All product images shown are for illustration purposes only.
• Please note that all the Convention Exclusive items come with the International Convention Exclusive sticker.
• Purchase limit of 1 piece per design per person/order. Additional pieces purchased in same online order will be refunded (less a 5% processing fee for cancelled item).
• Store pickup ONLY at Simply Toys @ VivoCity outlet starting 21 October 2022.
• All Funko Convention Exclusives will be sent out the way that Simply Toys has received from Funko. We will not be held liable, nor is there any recourse if the item you receive has a different sticker than that pictured or is un-stickered. All Funko Convention Exclusives products regardless of whether they have a sticker will be treated as an exclusive item.
• If your item arrives with damaged packaging due to delivery services, we cannot guarantee that we will have a replacement box. It is at Simply Toys' discretion on how to proceed with any exchanges, returns, or refunds.
• We cannot guarantee box condition for in store collection and is subject to in-store stock availability.
